High-throughput multiplex IHC

在為期 1 小時的演講中，我們將介紹能夠在單一組織切片上進行組織多重染色與高通量蛋白質（或基因）表現量分析的前沿技術。透過此技術，科研人員不僅能夠取得組織微環境影像資訊，同時能夠掌握及分析特定圈選區域間的蛋白質（或基因）表現量差異。該技術結合了 NanoString 公司的 GeoMx™ DSP 檢測平台以及 Abcam 專利 RabMAb® 重組兔單株抗體，因此本活動特別邀請到 Abcam 與 NanoString 公司聯合主講，機會難得，歡迎踴躍報名參加。
