Culture-Insert
- 可輕鬆製造出大小一致的細胞間隙 (500 ± 100 µm)，應用於傷口癒合實驗 (wound healing assay)、細胞遷移實驗 (cell migration assay)、二維細胞侵襲實驗 (2D invasion assay)、細胞共同培養 (cell co-cultivation) …等。
- 可節省細胞 (2.1–4.9 x 10⁴ cells/well) 與培養基 (70–110 µl/well) 用量。
- 細胞間隔框架以矽膠組成，並採無膠接合設計，無需擔心物質殘留造成細胞毒害。
- 框架可自行貼附在任何表面光滑的器皿中，使用彈性便利。
- 相較 Scratch assay，不會有刮傷細胞或 coating 表面的疑慮，且實驗結果再現性更佳。
- 操作簡單，可精確量化實驗結果，有效提高實驗再現性。

3 種產品包裝型式
三種產品包裝型式，一是「Culture-Insert in μ–Dish 35mm」，為 35 mm µ-Dish 內含單顆 Culture-Insert 的便利組合，可隨取隨用；二是「25 Culture-Inserts for self-insertion」，為 25 顆 Culture-Insert 包裝於一運送用 (非培養用途) 的塑膠盤中，可供自行搭配 6-, 12-well plate 或 35 mm dish 使用；三是「Culture-Insert 24」，為 24-well plate 型式，每個 well 皆含有一顆 Culture-Insert 2 Well，可供測試實驗條件使用。
