High Fidelity & Pfu-X Polymerase Mixes

High Fidelity Polymerase 為 Taq DNA polymerase 與 Proofreading 酵素的混合配方，特別適合極長片段（最長 30 kb ）、或高 GC 含量序列等困難模板的 PCR 反應。
Pfu-X Polymerase 為經過基因工程修飾的 Pfu DNA polymerase ，提供最佳的序列正確性。其精確度為一般 Pfu polymerase 的 2 倍、 Taq polymerase 的 200 倍。
