FlashPlate

白色不透明多孔盤,孔洞內部管壁已塗佈有一層閃爍計數劑,無須添加閃爍計數液即可直接進行放射性訊號偵測。針對放射性激酶活性測試實驗,具有兩種款式可選:

  • FlashPlate Basic: 具有良好的蛋白質與 Peptide substrate 結合能力,適合需自行 coating 的研究者採用。
  • FlashPlate PLUS: 已預先塗佈有 Glutathione、Streptavidin 等生物分子,可供直接 coating 多種形式的 Tag 標定、或 Biotin 標定 substrate。
 

操作流程:

Step 1. The kinase substrate is captured on the FlashPlate surface by streptavidin or another capture agent.
Step 2. The kinase and isotopically-labeled ATP (ex, [g-33P]-ATP) are added to the FlashPlate well.
Step 3. 33P is incorporated into the captured substrate during the kinase reaction. This brings the 33P into close proximity to the scintillant coating on the FlashPlate. The resulting signal is detected on a microplate scintillation counter.
