Live cell imaging of a spheroid of Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells (HUVEC), embedded into a 3D gel made of Collagen Type I, Rat Tail. Collagen gel (1 mg/ml) made with full Endothelial Cell Growth Medium according to Application Note "Preparation of Collagen I Gels". VEGF-165 (50 ng/ml) was added to the medium to induce sprouting activity.
