4CN Plus Chromogenic Substrate
4CN Plus 是由 Revvity 公司所出品的 HRP 酵素呈色受質，可與 HRP (horseradish peroxidase) 酵素作用反應後產生深紫色沈澱。適用於 Western Blot 實驗，靈敏度為一般 4CN (4-chloro-1-napthol) 呈色劑的 10 倍，並且略優於或相當於 DAB 呈色劑。
Comparison of 4CN Plus and BCIP/NBT detection methods. Dilutions of bovine α-tubulin (starting at 800 ng) were electrophoresed and electroblotted onto PolyScreen PVDF transfer membrane. Western blot detection was carried out using anti-tubulin antibody, either goat anti-mouse HRP or goat anti-mouse AP. Stained blots were visualized on a commercially available imaging system.
