Mycoplasma Removal Agent (MRA)

• 為奎林 (quinoline) 類抗生素，細胞毒性低，藉由抑制黴漿菌 (mycoplasma) DNA Gyrase 作用達到去污效果，為英國 European Collection of Animal Cell Cultures (ECACC) 所認定之最佳黴漿菌去污劑產品。
• 使用方式簡單，僅需將細胞培養於含 0.5 µg/ml MRA 去污劑的細胞培養液中一週，即可達到去除或避免黴漿菌污染的效果。
• 可搭配 Mycoplasma Hoechst Stain kit 或 Immu-Mark Myco-Test Kit 黴漿菌偵測試劑使用，以評估污染程度及去污效果。
