PacBio 公司於 2022 年底推出的革命性桌上型短讀取定序系統「Onso」為您帶來前所未有的定序精準度！

超高精準度：透過獨特的 SBB 技術 (Sequencing by binding) 將短讀取定序精準度提升至前所未有的 ≥Q40。
高靈敏度：能彌補現行 NGS 平台的不足，發現難以偵測的低頻度變異，加速推動液態切片 (Liquid biopsy) 檢測、微量殘存疾病 (Minimal residual disease, MRD) 追蹤、抗藥性細菌診斷等研究。
高效率：以較 SBS (Sequencing by synthesis) 更低的覆蓋深度完成實驗，增加實驗通量。
高相容性：可藉由專用試劑組與現有 NGS 定序製庫程序相容。
