蛋白質定量試劑

Bradford Protein Assay Kit
  • 藉由 Coomassie Blue G 染劑會與蛋白質結合形成藍色複合物的特性，搭配分光光度計或 ELISA reader 使用，即可於 595nm 測得此藍色複合物的吸光值訊號。
  • 偵測濃度範圍可達 0.06~1.0 mg/mL (in 96-well plate assay)。
