ViewPlate 高解析度細胞影像觀察盤

• 黑框或白框透明底微量多孔盤，兩種包裝型式可選：
  • Tissue culture treated / Sterile：適合細胞影像觀察、高內涵篩選 (high content screening, HCS)、以及螢光、冷光訊號型式的細胞分析實驗使用。
  • Untreated / Non-sterile：適合一般螢光、冷光訊號型式的分析實驗使用。
• 兩種盤底材質選擇：
  • PS Bottom：微量盤底部為單塊平整透明 Polystyrene 塑膠材質。96-well format 底部厚度為 760 μm，可應用於一般倍率影像偵測；384-well format 底部厚度為 190 μm，可應用於高倍率影像偵測。
  • Glass Bottom：微量盤底部為透明蓋玻片材質。96-well format 底部厚度為 175 μm，可應用於高倍率影像偵測。
• 具有 96-, 384-, 1536-well 可選。

特性簡介

• 黑框透明底盤 (ViewPlate F)：適用於螢光偵測。
• 白框透明底盤 (ViewPlate)：適用於冷光偵測。

節省樣本與試劑用量的幾何設計

• 1/2 Area ViewPlate：半表面積設計，具有與一般 96 孔盤同樣的外觀尺寸與 well 深度，但 well 直徑變小，能省下一半的樣本與試劑用量，同時讓實驗維持在容易操作的 96-well format！
