Pooled library prep：plexWell主要優勢，減少實驗操作步驟，支援96/384樣本高效率建庫，用於illumina 系統。
校正 (Normalize)： 校正3-30 ng (10倍) 範圍的DNA 樣本建庫，節省QC大量樣本數的DNA input步驟與成本，只需建庫後上機前QC即可。
Performance： 控制同批混合的不同樣本間片段長度的均一性及產出量，提高每個樣品間的定序產出。

作為 seqWell 第一套 library kit ， plexWell™ 的技術核心在於第一步驟的樣本個別 tagging reagent 是有限制的 (limiting reagent) ，當第一步驟的樣品合併成一管後，第二步驟使用過量的 tagging reagent ，經過這樣的流程產出的能上機定序的 DNA 片段在各樣本間具有相同的數量及差不多的片段長度。通過兩步驟的 tagging 步驟，能增加樣品標示條碼 (barcode) 的排列組合。
