µ-Slide 2 Well Ph+
- 專為相位差影像觀察所設計的 Ph+ (Phase Contrast plus) 系列，well 內部含特殊設計平板，能使液面不因表面張力而彎曲，光線可筆直穿透不折射，讓整個 well 皆可獲得最佳相位差影像品質。
- 可平行測試 2 種實驗條件，每個 well 僅需 7.5–16.5 x 10⁴ 細胞與 1.5 ml 的試劑用量。
- ibiTreat 底部經特殊處理，適合各類細胞貼附生長，免去 coating 麻煩。
- 適合活細胞影像觀察攝影 (live cell imaging)、免疫螢光染色 (immunofluorescence)、細胞轉染 (transfection) …等實驗使用。

產品特點
整個觀察視野內皆可呈現均勻的亮度，不會有明暗不均的現象產生，細胞影像更清晰
與一般細胞培養盤 (例如 µ-Slide 2 Well) 相比，µ-Slide 2 Well Ph+ 因 well 內部含有特殊設計平板，能使液面不因表面張力而彎曲，光線可筆直穿透，因此整個觀察視野內皆可呈現均勻的亮度，不會有明暗不均的現象產生，呈現出更清晰的細胞影像。
影像真實不扭曲
與一般細胞培養盤 (例如 µ-Slide 2 Well) 相比，µ-Slide 2 Well Ph+ well 內液面不會因表面張力而產生彎曲現象，光線可筆直穿透，呈現出真實不扭曲的影像。
