演講摘要

PacBio 開發的 RNA 定序技術「Iso-Seq®」兼具有高準確度 (>99.9%) 與長讀取 (~10 kb) 特性，幾乎不需組裝就能精確呈現各個 isoform 的全長序列。結合創新的 MAS-Seq 串連轉錄序列方式 (PMID: 37291427)，使得 Iso-Seq 能夠以超越其他 RNA 定序技術的效率與準度，協助用戶取得高解析度的轉錄體圖譜，在單細胞或多細胞 RNA 定序研究中暢行無阻。

Kinnex kit 是 PacBio 根據 MAS-Seq 方法推出的全新定序試劑盒，能大幅增加下機分析可用 reads 數量。本次講座特別邀請來自美國 HudsonAlpha 生物技術研究所、Zymo Research 公司以及澳洲珀斯兒童醫院的 Kinnex kit 實際用戶，分享 Kinnex kit 為他們的研究工作——動植物基因體註解 (genome annotation)、16S rRNA 全長定序、微生物多樣性鑑定——帶來哪些突破與進展。
