產品特點

• 可穩定作用長達 96 小時，且能透過細胞分裂傳給子代細胞，作用時間遠勝過 Calcein AM、BCECF AM 等傳統染劑。
• 染劑本身不會與細胞內任何的蛋白質結合，相較於其他蛋白質結合染劑，更能完整保留細胞正常生理功能。
• 染劑成分溫和不具細胞毒性，且不含任何有機溶劑與清潔劑配方。
• 可與 CELLESTIAL^® 活細胞螢光染劑搭配進行雙重染色。
• 適用於螢光顯微鏡和流式細胞儀偵測。
• 流程簡單，10~15 分鐘即可完成染色步驟。
