Cancerous tonsil tissue was incubated with an anti-Ki-67 primary antibody and then stained with POLYVIEW® PLUS HRP (anti-Rabbit) Reagent (Prod. No. ENZ-ACC104) and then color was developed using HIGHDEF® DAB Chromogen/Substrate Set (Prod. No. ENZ-ACC105).
Dual IHC staining performed on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue section from transgenic mouse brain expressing human mutated APP and PS1. The tissue sections were stained for alpha-amyloid with POLYVIEW® PLUS AP (anti-rabbit) reagent (Prod. No. ENZ-ACC110) and HIGHDEF® Green AP Chromogen/Substrate (Prod. No. ENZ-ACC130), and phospho-tau with POLYVIEW® PLUS HRP (anti-mouse) reagent (Prod. No. ENZ-ACC104) and HIGHDEF DAB Chromogen/Substrate Set (Prod. No. ENZ-ACC105).

Immunohistochemistry analysis: Formalin fixed paraffin embedded human tonsil stained with a high molecular weight CK antibody labeled with HIGHDEF® yellow IHC chromogen (HRP) (Prod. No. ADI-950-170) produces a distinct golden yellow color.
Multiplex IHC staining performed on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded human tonsil stained with FOXP3 antibody labeled with HIGHDEF® black IHC chromogen (HRP) (Prod. Ref. ADI-950-171), CD3 antibody labeled with HIGHDEF® yellow IHC chromogen (HRP) (Prod. Ref. ADI-950-170), CD8 antibody labeled with HIGHDEF® green AP chromogen/substrate (Prod. Ref. ENZ-ACC130), and hematoxylin counterstain.

Immunohistochemical analysis: Formalin fixed paraffin embedded human tonsil double stained using MULTIVIEW® (mouse-HRP/rabbit-AP) IHC kit (Prod. No. ADI-950-100). Primary rabbit anti-Ki67 antibody was visualized with HIGHDEF® red IHC chromogen (AP) (Prod. No. ADI-950-140), while primary mouse anti-HMW CK antibody was visualized with HIGHDEF® yellow IHC chromogen (HRP) (Prod. No. ADI-950-170, sold separately), producing a distinct golden yellow color contrasting with the bright red.
Immunohistochemistry analysis: Formalin fixed paraffin embedded squamous cell carcinoma human tissue stained with a CK 5/6 antibody labeled with HIGHDEF® red IHC chromogen (AP, plus) (Prod. No. ADI-950-141) produces a brilliant red color.
Immunohistochemistry analysis: Formalin fixed paraffin embedded human tonsil stained with a high molecular weight CK antibody labeled with HIGHDEF® IHC substrate (AEC, stable) (Prod. No. ADI-950-210) produces a robust red color.
Immunohistochemistry analysis: Formalin fixed paraffin embedded human tonsil stained with a high molecular weight CK antibody labeled with HIGHDEF® blue IHC chromogen (AP) (Prod. No. ADI-950-150) produces a distinct bright blue color.
Immunohistochemistry analysis: Formalin fixed paraffin embedded human tonsil stained with a high molecular weight cytokeratin antibody labeled and HIGHDEF® blue IHC chromogen (HRP) (Prod. No. ADI-950-151) produces a brilliant blue color.
Cervical tissue incubated with a primary antibody to Ki-67, stained with POLYVIEW® PLUS (anti-Mouse) Reagent (Prod. No. ENZ-ACC114) and HIGHDEF® Green AP Chromogen/Substrate (Prod. No. ENZ-ACC130).
Immunohistochemistry analysis: Formalin fixed paraffin embedded human tonsil stained with a high molecular weight cytokeratin antibody labeled and HIGHDEF® black IHC chromogen (HRP) (Prod. No. ADI-950-171) produces a sharply contrasting ebony black color.
Enzo’s hematoxylin (Prod. No. ENZ-ACC106) allows for clearer staining and less background than a leading competitor. Both slides were stained with Enzo’s POLYVIEW® PLUS HRP-DAB Kit, but the competitor’s hematoxylin was used on the slide on the right, showing more background and a less clear result.
