產品效能
Mouse anti-CD44 and SAVIEW® PLUS AP Reagent (Prod. No. ENZ-ACC111) were used to perform IHC: Manual method. Sections were stained with HIGHDEF® Green AP Chromogen/Substrate and counterstained with HIGHDEF® Hematoxylin. Images acquired under 10X objective.
Cervical tissue stained with anti-Ki-67 antibody (mouse), then biotinylated anti-mouse secondary antibody, and followed by SAVIEW® PLUS HRP reagent (Prod. No. ENZ-ACC102).
