為 PacBio 長讀定序打造的高效建庫解決方案 — 以 tagmentation-based 技術，優化建庫流程，實現更高的 Multiplexing 與定序通量，有效降低成本。

特色： 盤式結合 transposase，將 genomic DNA 片段化 (8-10 kb)與 barcode 接頭一步完成，提升樣本數的同時，保留 PacBio HiFi 定序品質。
節省成本與時間： 簡化建庫操作 (<2h, hands on <30 min)，減少傳統物理性 DNA 片段化 (mechanical shearing) 的時間與費用。
應用： 專為長讀定序的需求設計，廣泛應用於 microbial 、 small genome sequencing、metagenomics、low-pass sequencing，以及 targeted hybrid capture。
支援高通量： seqWell 提供96 UDI, 後續再結合PacBio提供的index。

透過Multiplexing，大幅降低建庫成本：採用盤式 LongPlex 方法，只需 4 次 SMRTbell 建庫即可完成 384 個樣本處理，取代傳統需 384 次建庫的繁瑣流程。早期進行樣本混合，不僅最大化定序通量，還能顯著降低成本！
