• 品質優異，每一批次產品皆經過實際的組織或細胞萃取流程，並以 (i). 電泳、(ii). 吸光值檢測 (A260/280 1.8~2)、(iii). miR-16 (或 miR-24) Real-time PCR 實驗檢測 small RNA 萃取物之品質。
• 此試劑亦可彈性應用於萃取 large RNA (> 200 nt) 。

Isolated small RNAs and large RNAs were analyzed by electrophoresis on 1% denaturing agarose gel. Large RNAs and small RNAs were isolated from one human placenta tissue lysate. Lane 1: purified small RNAs. Lane 2: purified large RNAs. Lane 3. RNA ladder. Detection of the presence of miRNAs in 1 ng small RNAs isolated from human placenta using miR-24 One-Step qRT-PCR Detection Kit (Cat. No. KS081200).
