µ-Slide VI 0.4 Bioinert
- Bioinert 底部經特殊材質「Polyol hydrogel」處理,比一般 ULA (ultra low sttachment) 培養盤更加難以令細胞附著,特別適合球狀體細胞 (spheroids)、類器官 (organoids) 的長時間培養與觀測。
- 搭配 ibidi Pump 使用即可進行流體環境 3D 細胞培養實驗 (3D cell culture under flow)。
- 可平行測試 6 種實驗條件,每個 channel 僅需 0.9–2.1 x 10⁴ 細胞與 30 µl 試劑,有效節省細胞與試劑用量。
- 由低自發螢光材質製成,且底部厚度符合 #1.5 蓋玻片標準,可直接結合高倍率光學或螢光顯微鏡進行細胞影像觀察。

Left: The Bioinert surface is ideally suited for the short- and long-term 3D culture of spheroids and organoids. Since both specific and non-specific cell immobilization are inhibited, cells are forced into a suspended state, enabling formation of small and large spheroids. To assess the viability, the cells were stained using fluorescein diacetate (FDA), which marks viable cells, and propidium iodide (PI), which stains dead cells. ibidi Channel Slides 微流體玻片讓流體環境細胞培養實驗變得更簡單,不需繁複的組裝步驟,隨取隨用且無培養液滲漏風險
