Comparison of 4CN Plus and BCIP/NBT detection methods. Dilutions of bovine α-tubulin (starting at 800 ng) were electrophoresed and electroblotted onto PolyScreen PVDF Transfer Membrane. Western blot detection was carried out using anti-tubulin antibody, either goat anti-mouse HRP or goat anti-mouse AP. Stained blots were visualized on a commercially available imaging system. |
