µ-Slide ibiPore SiN 具備兩條可培養細胞的通道,通道交疊處採多孔陶瓷膜設計,能將傳統使用 Transwell (Boyden chamber) 進行的各式 Transmigration & Transport 試驗轉移至流體環境下進行,模擬循環系統,使測試情境更貼近生理環境!其產品特性包含:
- 搭配幫浦(例如 ibidi Pump System)不同剪切應力設定,可模擬生理上不同流體環境,如動脈、靜脈、肺泡等。
- 陶瓷膜具極佳光學性質,可輕易獲得清晰顯微鏡成像。
- 針對不同細胞、不同應用,提供多種陶瓷膜孔徑大小可選。
- 符合標準載玻片規格(W25.5 x L75.5 mm),廣泛適用各類倒立式顯微鏡。

The µ-Slide ibiPore SiN allows you to perform several cell culture assays with a porous membrane. (A) Endothelial Barrier Assays. Cells on the lower side of the membrane with defined shear stress. (B) Cell Barrier and Co-Culture Assays. Co-culture of two cell types on both sides of the membrane. (C) Cell Transport in a 3D Gel Matrix. Transmigration of cells across a cell monolayer on the membrane.
