實際案例：p53-MDM2 interaction assay
Alpha 技術主要包含有兩個核心試劑，分別是 Donor bead 與 Acceptor bead。當兩者藉由特定的分子結合被拉近時，即可在 680 nm 雷射光激發下發出 615 nm (AlphaLISA acceptor bead) 或 520-620 nm (AlphaScreen acceptor bead) 的螢光訊號。以 p53-MDM2 interaction assay 為例，準備下列試劑即可進行 p53-MDM2 interaction 的抑制劑篩選實驗。
